KDE 4 Dolphin now has decent context menus.

I have the following in my sources.list:
...
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/kubuntu-members-kde4/ubuntu gutsy main
...
I just did
sudo aptitude update
sudo aptitude safe-upgrade
One new package installed and 38 were upgraded.
Now I have all of the Create New... entries I expect when I right click the white space inside a folder.
Can someone else verify that it isn't just my computer that is working right?

Yay, lots of little fixes in that batch of updates. It's nice to see fixes come so quickly.
