OpenOffice.org Writer: Select all text with a certain style.

Does anyone know if there is an easy way in OpenOffice 2.3 Writer to select all text that has a specified style (already) applied to it? This would be useful for doing word counts for a report (where headings, figure captions, etc are not included)
I am running Ubuntu 8.10 (yes Gnome) with upgrades applied daily about 0900 UK time. Hardware is Dell Precision 420, 2x 800 MHz PIII, 512 MB RDRAM, nVidia GeForce 6800 128 MB AGP graphics, 18GB SCSI and 500GB IDE HDDs, DVD burner, Hauppage TV card.

The only way I know of is with the ctrl key pressed and using the mouse.

Sorry if I can't be of more assistance.
