On 13 Jan I downloaded the latest gutsy upgrades, which appeared to include KDE4.
System continued to work fine after the new files were unpacked and configured.
When I restarted the system today [14 Jan] the system keeps hanging about a minute after logging in. I have tried both KDE [still showing v:3.5] and Gnome, this does not help.
My system dual-boots with XP Pro, this continues to work fine, so the problem is in gutsy.
Any body got any ideas where to start looking?
