Konqueror 4 Bookmarks

I finally installed KDE4 by avoiding adept and continuing to ignore adept-updater...
KDE 4 is really fast and beautiful!
I've got one problem, however, that will show what a complete boobus I am:
The new Konqueror doesn't automatically have my "old" Konqueror bookmarks!
I went to the Bookmark editor and chose to import bookmarks, but where are they to import from?
(I know, stupid question...but that's me, er, my question!)

I think this is the Konqueror bookmark file home/.kde/share/apps/konqueror/bookmarks.xml

Thanks for that!
But can you also tell me how to get flash to work in Konqueror 4? I got it working in the regular Konqueror, so why wouldn't it also work in this new one?
