    Firefox: Mail to problem [Solved]

I'm having trouble getting Firefox to open Thunderbird so i can <Mail to> a website to contact them.
I assume it's in about:config, but i don't like to interfere with things too much without understanding it....

    Any help will be appreciated.

it used to be like this...
it's been a while i haven't used ff and tb...

      - In Firefox's Location (URL) Bar, enter "about:config" and then press <enter> or click "Go"
      - With the cursor in the body of the resulting page, <right-click> the mouse
      - From the pop-up menu, select "New"
      - From the next pop-up menu, select "String"
      - In the pop-up dialog box "Enter preference name" enter "network.protocol-handler.app.mailto" (without quotes), and click "OK".
      - In the pop-up dialog box "(?) network.protocol-handler.app.mailto" enter "/usr/bin/thunderbird" (without quotes), and click "OK".
      - Restart firefox (it should work from a new tab, really, but just to make sure...)

Thank you, very much indeed, jankushka.
