how create a custom ISO of my kubuntu destop ?

I spent a lot of time to configure my desktop and now I want to create a CD/DVD to reinstall my kubuntu with all my settings and software installed .
My idea is to prepare and ISO like UCK or Reconstructor, but these 2 tools are not exactly what I need, because they prepare a standard ubuntu ISO LiveCD, not a customized kubuntu ISO as I want.
I found a program called "bootcd" and I would like try it a little.
Anybody have experience on "bootcd" with ubuntu/kubuntu ? Is what I am looking for ?
Any guide or tutorial to use bootcd ?
    Thank you.

    To get started,
googling around, on say, custom live Linux Kubuntu Gutsy Ubuntu CD, some stuff came up -- looks like you have a good idea because others are also doing this:
