I'm on my third install since 8 days.
This is ubuntu server with kubuntu desktop.
I'm having (again) trouble with mysql. I can empty a table but I cannot drop it. This is in phpmyadmin as well as Mysql Admin as in my scripts.
Phpadmin says this:
#6 - Error on delete of './chat/phpbb_auth_access.MYI' (Errcode: 13)
Any light on this please?

I copied the mysql data files from the server to this machine (wich will be an ubuntu server in the future) but did not give write permissions to the files. That fixed it.
