        You can set keyboard shortcuts in konsole Settings>Configure keyboard shortcuts.

        However, using Ctrl+V (or any Ctrl+key combination) is not recommended as many Ctrl+key combinations are used in the shell itself or in terminal applications (Like Ctrl+C to terminate).

        You can use the default Shift+Insert to paste and/or create a (secondary) combination like Ctrl+Shift+V if you like.
