every time i player something and it uses mplayer i get a gnome_screensavor_control error how can I fix this error so it won't come up any more on the screen when something is being played.

Verify that mplayer is actually installed.
K Menu | System | Adept Manager
Search for mplayer and if it isn't marked as installed, install it.Windows no longer obstructs my view.
