Why is it so that when I listen to a internet radio station with an embedded player the sound stops when that window looses focus.
Can't KDE play more then one soundstream at a time?
Is it that it is just losing focus or are you switching to a different desktop? Just that by default most apps will only play sound coming from that desktop (to illustrate this play something in kaffiene and then switch desktop, the sound will stop, switch back and the sound returns). It is possible to change this, as illustrated by amarok which plays regardless of whether its on the in focus desktop or another one.
