    Kubuntu slower after upgrade

    I recently upgraded from 7.04 fiesty to 7.10 gutsy
    i noticed that its slower now than before..
    i uninstalled strigi as suggested in other threads..
    anything else that i should do?
    how can i check wats using the resources.. somehting like ctrl+del as in windows

    If you hit Ctrl+Escape, it opens KDE System Guard with the process table. You can look at all the running processes and sort them by CPU usage, memory usage, etc.

    Or, if you like old-school, fire up Konsole and execute "top".
    For external use only.

      ps -A was static to monitor..
      now i feel more at home with linux
