    apt-proxy issues

I have several linux computers, so I setup an apt-proxy server to update them all; the problem is that most of the times I do an 'apt-get update', the downloading of the headers hang at 99%.

Anyone know what could be the problem? (I have also some Debian machines and they work perfectly with apt-proxy).

May be a silly question, but is the apt-proxy server 'up to date'??

Yes, it is; although apt-proxy is installed on a Debian server (sid).
