if yes plzz suggest one and tell how to install it

if no, there r many packages(a very large number) security updates,which all to install, which r the most important?

Strictly speaking. It depends. If you are not interrelating with windows or mac boxes you probably won't be needing one. On the other hand that is almost impossible. Maybe this recent article will help:

no need for antivirus, beenm running ubuntu/ubuntu for over a year, surfing to the weirdest of pages, interacting with windows, and nothing for over a year, of course, i only install programs from my sources or from well known ajnd trusted sites
