Tired of the look of my panels

Hi! well i guess the title says it all... is there an app or a way to drastically change the look of my panels?

Download a design you like. up pack to a folder. Right click on the panel->panel configuration (or something similar, mine is in german)->appearance->backround. Mavigate to the folder up just unpacked choose a color-Apply.
