    Adding Freemind repository

    Hi there,

I recently (re-)installed Kubuntu Gutsy on my HP nx 7400, and Adept refuses to allow me to add the Freemind repository to sources.list (it's deb http://eric.lavar.de/comp/linux/debian/experimental). When I add the repository Adept doesn't even open properly and crashes straight away. Until now it worked fine with all version of Kubuntu from Edgy.

Any idea what the trick might be? It is a major frustration, as I use Freemind for a whole host of things.

    Thanks,

    double check the deb line:
    From the site http://eric.lavar.de/comp/linux/debian/,
There should be a space between debian/ and experimental:

    deb http://eric.lavar.de/comp/linux/debian/ experimental/

Thanks claydoh. That didn't work either. I just went to the site and downloaded all the .debs, and then dpkg'ed them all. Not the quickest or the most pleasant (dependencies ...) but certainly worked.

      Cheers,
