    compiling GTK+2.10.14 issues

    Alright, when I go to compile GTK+2.10.14, it is not recognizing that my glib is version 2.14.2 even though when I type pkg-config --modversion glib-2.0 is says 2.14.2 . I usually fix most my stuff myself but this I can not seem to figure out a solution.

    Any suggestions highly appreciated.
