Hmm - What does ?
K > System Settings > Accessibility --> Input Actions
Enabling mouse gestures:
Press Global Settings button
Goto Gesture Settings tab. Enable mouse gestures globally.
Choose which mouse button do you want to use with gestures.
I forgot to mention that I've already tried that, but pressing 'Global Settings' button does nothing; also, everything's empty there, there's no single action defined (I think there was something before, but I can't say exactly, as I don't have feisty anymore )

This group contains various examples demonstrating most of the features of KHotkeys. (Note that this group and all its actions are disabled by default.)
Basic Konqueror gestures.
Preset Actions
This group contains actions that are set up by default.

You could download, unzip and copy it to the your /home/USER/.kde/share/config/.
That made it! Now it works again! Thanks!
BTW, in ~/.kde/share/config I already had a khotkeysrc and also a file named khotkeys_update, maybe the new KDE version that comes with Gutsy don't like the old files (!?).
