Dolphin, Konqueror flaky file manipulation

Those of you who might be using Dolphin or Konqueror to manipulate files and directories:

I am finding that when I try to enable a share or perhaps change a property, Dolphin or Konqueror become unresponsive for some time, to the point that I finish up killing the task.

Anyone else experiencing similar behaviour?

Hi,

While I try to use the apps that come with the install sometimes you come across something that handles things a little better. Try "krusader".

Yes, I've been using Dolphin and it seems to be very slow. I also have a problem with it not saving bookmarks when I exit.
