From Topic: After Upgrade from 7.04 to 7.10......Error Message on Desktop

        claydoh:
I think it might be a saved desktop session. I would check the settings in System Settings Session Manager. It may be set to save your last desktop session, and one of the open programs that was running was run with admin privileges (kdesudo - the replacement for kdesu). If it is set to save the last session, set it to not save, then log out/log in and see if that was the problem.

        Options On Login:
        Restore previous session
Will save all applications running on exit and restore them when they next start up.

        Restore manually saved session
Allows the session to be saved at any time via "Save Session" in the K-Menu. This means the currently started application will reappear when they next start up.

        Start with an empty session
Do not save anything. Will come up with an empty desktop on next start.
A bit old but still : KUDOS Unofficial Kubuntu FAQ
        http://kudos.berlios.de/kf/kf1.html
The default Kubuntu behavior of automatically restoring previous session status may also restore residual "run away" processes from the previous session. Moreover, some of these run away processes may never die off, so they may continually inherit from one session to the next, creating an unnecessary burden on system resources, without you being aware of it. For this reason, I would suggest either using [Start KDE always with a definite set of applications] or adding the "Runaway Process Catcher" applet to the panel (right click on panel -> Add to Panel -> Applet -> Runaway Process Catcher)

I always save the session from dapper but never i have this problem.I think this problem is from firestarter.

            The new kdesudo is buggy:

            https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdesudo/+bugs

There are idle kdesudo prosesses when you log out. Kde is trying to restore those prosesses -> error:
            No command arguments supplied!...
