    Amaya won't run.---SOLVED---

    It starts but immediately crashes. I tried to run it from Konsole and I get this error back. Tell me what you think.

    Code:
    dan@kubuntu:~$ amaya
    02:28:13 PM: Deleted stale lock file '/home/dan/.amaya-dan'.

    (amaya:7069): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_widget_set_colormap: assertion `!GTK_WIDGET_REALIZED (widget)' failed
    The program 'amaya' received an X Window System error.
    This probably reflects a bug in the program.
    The error was 'BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)'.
     (Details: serial 7634 error_code 8 request_code 143 minor_code 5)
     (Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
     that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
     To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line
     option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
     backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)
    I don't know where to start with this one??

    Re: Amaya won't run.

    Ok. It had something to do with the video driver. I tried to use envy to install the nvidia driver but x would not start afterwards. Would not load GLX module.

    Next I decided to install the driver manually and downloaded it from Nvidia. All went real smooth and now works well. I had to reset some of the fonts but it's ok.
