Hi everyone, just received my Kubuntu 7.10 today and love what I see. My first crack at linux. I am running WinXP and have kubuntu live right now. I got the modem to work and figured but when I try to get on the internet it finds my modem but I get this error message. /etc/resolv.conf is missing or can't be read. Ask your system administrator to create this file(can be empty)with appropriate read and write permissions. If you can make answer simple will help a lot. Have a great day.
