sk98lin - Want to use Kubuntu but cannot find replacement module

Hi, I'm currently using Opensuse but want to swap to kubuntu as that's what I was using before and it fits my needs better - however, the only thing stopping me is that my Marvell RDK 8001 needs the sk98lin module and AFAIK that module has been removed from this release. I have tried the guides recompiling the kernel and downloading the drivers, searched on google but to be honest I just can't seem to get anywhere with this - can anyone point me in the proper direction? Or send me a pre compiled module for the original installed kernel and an update repo (So I can install, use net, update and get the correct module for the newer kernel?).

Any help would be really appreciated as the only Distro I can use is suse - Neither fedora/mandriva can use the ethernet card either (its onboard btw), so it's not just Kubuntu. I don't have another card to use or a replacement!
