    Thanks for trying. I will reboot it again and see if it works and then maybe reinstall the package.

      Your screen shot shows that you are in your /home directory. Is that where you downloaded the file? If you put it in another directory, then you are not executing the dpkg command where the file is.
      Windows no longer obstructs my view.
