    WPA connection disconnects

I am trying to change my AP over to WPA2. Knetworkmanager will connect, but the connection disconnects after a very short time--sometimes immediately. I use a Linksys AP and an Atheros NIC. I've had no troubles maintaining the connection with the previous settings using WEP. Also, when I try to reconnect, Knetman' tries to connect to the old SSID with the new settings.

I'll try the suggestion in the link. I was using a non-broadcast ssid so I was using the "connect to other network" link in knm. thanks. I will let you know if it works

        Odd.

At first, it did the same thing. Now it is holding a connection, but I cannot ping the AP. I can ping past it but the AP is unreachable. I have not disabled ICMP on the firewall, so I don't think that is the issue.
