no internet through ath0 - out of a sudden

I don't know where to start.
But suddenly my wireless stopped working. I did dmesg but that did not really clear up anything.
Please come on with advices.
I tried to activate ath0 in the network section of kcontrol/systemsettings - and after this I cannot get Knetworkmanager to see the card as active anymore.

With wifi-radar I can see networks and how good the connection is. But I cannot connect.

Okay - as everybody else writes

/etc/network/interfaces

should look like the file on the cd

- it is now a solved problem!
