    Pay no attention to the PCI:Failure to allocate memory error on starting that Intel chip -- that is a known "phenomenon" that does not actually cause any problem.

    You can run Envy in text mode, from a console prompt, with
    Code:
    sudo envy -t
    That comes in very handy if a kernel upgrade breaks your video driver installation.

    Yeah, like Fintan says -- a glass of Port might make your graphics work better! At least it LOOKS like it's working better .....

          I'd celebrate with my 21-year old bottle of Glenlivet Scotch (unopened), but I'm saving that for my retirement or at my dad's request to share it.
          Windows no longer obstructs my view.
