Window Panel Buttons Gone

I must have messed around with some configuration settings. The close, minimize, maximize buttons on the upper right corner of my application title bars are gone! I have tried changing the theme, and tried to reset all of t5he settings to default, but to no avail.

Can anyone help?

You will lose any custom settings you have made, right click on your desktop and choose the "Run Command" and type: kpersonalizer and hit the enter key, follow the instructions.
