KDE4 Differences between gutsy and hardy

I have kde4 installed on both hardy and gutsy.
Installing kde4artwork on hardy was problem free.
Installing it on gutsy gives me a long list of errors here is the synpsys in the terminal (using apt-get):
Fehler traten auf beim Bearbeiten von:
    /var/cache/apt/archives/kde4base-data_3.94.0-0ubuntu1_all.deb
    /var/cache/apt/archives/kde4base_3.94.0-0ubuntu1_i386.deb
    /var/cache/apt/archives/kde4artwork_3.93.0-0ubuntu1_i386.deb
    E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

    any ideas?

Re: KDE4 Differences between gutsy and hardy

May be related to gutsy-backports not having catched up with 4.0.0 jet. Seems that 3.97 packages conflict with 4.0.0 ones, so try avoiding 3.97 ones, or wait for full backports update.

I've noticed under Gutsy for the normally installed repos, that KDE4 is listed there and stated as for testing only. The new official release has you place a new repo link. Will those two not conflict?
