    I think there's a bar at Steim am Rhein where you could get a martini for about USD $65.

    Not that I've ever been there .... but the lunch salad was $15.

      Switzerland is close to Finland (from my perspective of Nova Scotia Canada anyway) and the first song I ever had that got any "airplay" actually was recorded on a homeset up and played in some coffee shops in Finland.

      That was back in the days when I LIKED Win98!

      unfortunately that was the height of my music recording career... so I'm not so sure I'm the right guy to talk about a music producing career. But hey if you want to know about writing and producing a radioshow... I could offer some advice there.. not good advice... but some advice anyway.

        I want to install KDE4 on my new Hardy Heron Alpha 4 release and learn to use it, but here it is 18:32 on February 1 in Switzerland, and still there is no HH Alpha 4. So, if there's no Alpha 4, I guess I will either install Alpha 3, or drink a martini and check the Kubuntu site tonight.
        I'd be very interested in hearing how this goes for you. I'm thinking the KDE4 packages aren't being updated very often for Gutsy... and I really don't know how to do the SVN way... so seems like Hardy might be a good go. As long as the Alphas are in half decent shape.

          I'll let you know if they ever actually release HH Alpha 4. The release schedule said "31 January" -- I wonder when that date comes at Canonical?

            LOL maybe it's like an Unreal Tournament release.. we said "the 31st of January but that doesn't mean it was due then."

            Ah game developers

              Doesn't that go for any developer??

              Anyway, I'm still waiting. Going to redo my entire system when it's stable enough for me- usually at Beta.

                "31 January" -- that's as maybe, but if you notice, the actual year wasn't specified....

                  One needn't worry about the actual 'when' unless Canonical posts it as February 30th!

                      Not a Leap Year. What would that be considered as!

                          Not to get off subject in this thread, but that has to have a name instead of "never". I was thinking Niamy (Not In A Million Years), but that would imply that maybe after a million years it could exist. Hmmmmm. ;

                                Yup it does!

                                I'm kinda wondering about the KDE4 install though.. I guess it will be in the main Hardy repos.
