could not install frm adepmanager

i am getting this problem while trying to install frm adepmanage

"There was an error commiting changes. Possibly there was a problem downloading some packages or the commit would break packages."

it is only frm today i could not install frm adepmanager
till yesterday i have installed frm adepmanager succesfully

please give me the solution
