I have 4 partitions on my hard drive with 64bit feisty installed

Is it possible to install 32bit 7.10 on my /xtra partition and use my swap and /home partitions
for both installs without screwing up my feisty install?

Swap, Yes you could use same swap.

/home, I would not use same home partition, KDE/program settings are there.

      I concur with Rog's advice.

Out of curiosity, why are you interested in the 32-bit OS on that Athlon 5400?

        Thanks for the help

I wanted to try the new Geubuntu without harming my main install
I really like the look of it and have tried adding the repos to add it but no luck
