    Disable FTP/SSH ports

I am using Guarddog but am unable to disable FTP/SSH ports

grc.com shows these ports as open and my system as responding to pings. How do I disable these Ports/Ping.

      Thanks Snowhog.

I have already done that but does not seem to help. I have configured Guardog to block port 21 and 22 but the port is still shown as open by grc.com.

tried firestarter too..but to no help

Just to be sure, you are blocking inbound connections (as opposed to outbound connections)?

Thanks a lot Kubicle. But in guard dog, services have to be expressly enabled otherwise they are blocked.

I have only enabled DNS lookup/HTTP/HTTPS in the Internet Zone.
