Is it possible to install Kubuntu Gutsy Gibbon without Internet connection ?

yes, it is possible if you already have the live or alternate install cd, BUT it will be a very limited installation. You will only have English as the system language, and you won't be able to download anything else from the web such as codecs needed to play video/audio files, no java, no flash.... you get the idea
