upgrade from fiesty to Gusty

I am getting a error that it failed on fetch and will not upgrade.

I run sudo dpkg --configure -a and sudo apt-get autoclean.

And still get a error.

The following:

Failed to fetch http://medibuntu.sos-sts.com/repo/di...86/Packages.gz 404 Not Found
Failed to fetch http://medibuntu.sos-sts.com/repo/di...86/Packages.gz 404 Not Found
Failed to fetch http://medibuntu.sos-sts.com/repo/di...rce/Sources.gz 404 Not Found
Failed to fetch http://medibuntu.sos-sts.com/repo/di...rce/Sources.gz 404 Not Found

Hello, Thomas.

There seems to be some sort of problem with the medibuntu repositories at the minute. You can get around this by disabling them in your source.list.

I don't know your level of expertise, so apologies in advance if I have dumbed this answer down too much.

Go to Kmenu->System->Adept Manager

Write you password when asked.

When Adapt Manager opens, go to

Adept->Manage Repositories->Third-Party Software

Remove the tick from anything next to a reference to Medibuntu.

Then click on Fetch Updates and when it does that click on apply.

That should do it for you.
