More troubles upgrading from Feisty

Yup, I'm having trouble too... I'm getting as far as the upgrade wizard (kdesu "adept_manager --version-upgrade", push Version Upgrade), but when I click the 'Next' button, Adept crashes.

Any ideas?

Same problem to me. Adept just crashes and I can do nothing. Same error log as above. What should be done?

I guess if nobody tells what may be the problem next week I'm just going to backup my data and simply reinstall Kubuntu.. Damn upgrades never seem to be working well for me >

Tried upgrading from the alternate CD instead. Initially promising, but it then complained about debconf and is now sitting at "Preparing to configure libncurses5", estimating about 1 day 17 hours 35 minutes to go. I think I'm going to give up and just give it a fresh install...

I said at the time of the feisty roll out and I'll say it again- until they sort out a reliable version upgrade system it'll never be prime time desktop.

*Bump* - I'm also having the exact same issue. I really want the live update to work, but having played around for an hour or so, I see no clue as to what causes the crash.

Does anybody know of any extra packages that might be needed?
