It's not finding the following package:
Failed to fetch http://repository.debuntu.org/dists/feisty/Release Unable to find expected entry multiverse/binary-amd64/Packages in Meta-index file (malformed Release file?).
I had the same issue when trying to upgrade to the beta release, but just put off upgrading.
Fixed by disabling some of the Third Party repositories.
