I have printer Canon i560. I could not find any driver for it, but in some I red that it works with driver BJC-7000 and it really does. The problem is that the printer has to be connected (its USB) and turned on before Kubuntu boots otherwise all jobs however accepted stays in the queue and get actually printed after reboot (if the printer is on).
Once the computer is booted with printer on, it can be switched off and back on or even disconnected and put back and it will work.
This is not serious, but annoying. I'm glad for any ideas.
