I have some filenames in greek (βόλτα.avi) in my drive and i try to copy them in an external usb drive but they don't. Is it a known issue? Any solutions? Also i have some filenames in my usb drive and when i try to delete them they still remain there!! Why?

Sounds like you don't have write permission on that USB drive.
K > System Settings > Advanced > Disk & Filesystems > Administrator Mode then Modify/Writeable/Any user has all permissions any time
or, look into chown & chmod

Not that I know of.
But it sounds like the older DOS filename requirement, doesn't it? I.e., limited to 8 letters + a 3-letter extension.
