Hi,
I'm new to Linux and I just installed 7.10 and everything is up and running properly. when I installed the following partitions were used:
total ATA drive: 80 GB
space allocated to root: 10 GB
space allocated for swap: 2GB
space allocated for home: 35GB
---------------------------------------------
total allocated space: 47GB
remaining unpartitioned space: 33GB
now that everything is going right, I would like to format the remaining 33 GB of unpartitioned space of my drive that's idle right now.
I tried the GUI for Dolphin and it mentions nothing of the unpartitioned space.
my question is: How can I detect, partition, and format in 'ext3' the remaining space on my singe HD so I can use it in my Linux environment?
please help!! Thank you.
