I need drivers for an Adaptec scsi controller card 50 pin AHA-2930CU.

I am an art teacher at Nehemiah University. I was provided a scanner, HP 5p. It required scsi connection. I was fortunate to find an Adaptec PCI scsi card, but am unable to find drivers. Help please. I am told the scanner has drivers available for Kubuntu, my OS; I just need to have the scsi card recognized and I am fixed. Thanks in advance for any help. Steven

Hi,

It seems that it should be recognized out of the box by the kernel at least in gutsy and hardy. The module need is aic7xxxx.
Did you check if it was recognized ?
