HI! I'm new to linux and I want to Install this pci card.....

Below I'm giving you the drivers
(just delete the .pdf, its a tar.gz)

I downloaded from sunix site and I think it is for redhat

In short, you can't. You are, more than likely, running a different kernel. According to the readme, this requires the 2.6.15 kernel.

If you can get a known-supported SATA controller card, do it.

I suppose you could try installing the drivers provided... You'll need alien (in the repos) to convert the RPM to a deb.
