    Thought that would be the case. The entry is valid, so you need to perform a normal shutdown/restart to reboot your system.
    Windows no longer obstructs my view.

      It doesn't seem to be working. I've tried 3 separate times now, including restarts, all with the same result.

      edit/ In case it helps, the last 2 times I edited /etc/fstab as root, it gave me an error when opening: "Could not mount device. The reported error was: No such medium."

      edit2/ And I should probably also mention that both times fstab didn't open until I tried a second time, even after acknowledging the error.

        Repost your current fstab file. Let's ensure no typos were made.

        Edit: Assuming no typos, you can create the mount point. In a console type:
        Code:
        sudo mkdir /media/sda1
        Then shutdown/reboot.
