I need a complete idiots guide to sharing a linux printer

After hours of searching on this forum and on the ubuntu forum I still can't do it so here is the problem:

I have a USB printer (Samsung) installed and working fine on my Kubuntu 7.10 machine

I have a Windows XP machine on a wireless network hooked up to a router that the Kubuntu machine also is connected to

I have turned on printer sharing on the Kubuntu machine, I have SMB and NFS installed.

    Then I am stuck.

I browse for it on the Windows machine and cannot see it.

I cannot figure out where to look for the address of the printer on the linux box to type in so the XP machine can see it. I have all firewalls off.

Please, can somebody help me? I need a really simple, step by step guide which assumes I have the IQ of a not so well trained chimp.

    Thanks.

Windows, Linux, and Samba may be of help to you.
