Suggestion for default style for kubuntu dapper

Hi, I have attached my current style. I like it. I would like to suggest that something like this be the default for kubuntu dapper.

The style is minimalistic but functional. It looks quite a bit like the ubuntu flight 6 default.

I would like to know you're opinions...

It looks like a Gnome setup ... nice though.

      Which font are you using?

That is a nice desktop, but I doubt the good folks at KDE will go along with it.
Ubuntu 11.04, Kubuntu 11.04, and another TBD

Quite nice, but I personally won't use it. Vertical space is such a limited resource on monitors that having 2 panels cuts to the amount of vertical space I could use. I would even prefer to have side panels/sidebars instead.

One thing I'd like to have in KDE, though. The option to use words for menus/launchers on the taskbar, and have the words turn vertically when you put the taskbar/panel to the sides.

A good point, I myself use only one always visible panel (with the critical information) and auto-hiding panels for launchers and such to preserve screenspace.

Putting everything in one panel makes it look cluttered (for me)...I like things tidy and clean

It would be nice enough if just the digital clock would do that. You have to use the analog clock when the kicker is on the side as it is now...
