someone help me name all the necessary packages to enable me to play mp3s and videos(anykind) in my kubuntu 7.10 desktop? i have no internet connection ufornately but i will have one soon. the thing is i don't wanna switch back to XP period. my plan is to burn the necessary packages on CD and install them. the problem is i don't know which of which. i need "ALL" the necessary pakcages including the player that suits best with kubuntu. another thing is, how can i install my ATI graphics card? mine is X550XTX model. i really need help guyz. this is my first time to use linux OS and i've always wanted to support free software program...
