Feature request: Adept reinstall (uninstall+install)

Please incorporate a feature into Adept that would allow the user to reinstall a package, essentially uninstall+reinstall; I would find this very useful in fixing broken packages quickly and easily.

Adept already has this. Right-click on a package and select Request Reinstall. This uses apt-get install --reinstall.

Now the big question is how APT implements this. Does it remove the package first then reinstall? Or does it only install again over an existing installation?
