Post Install configurations

I think there should be a Gui wizard that opens after you finish installing to help the user configure these things on his own:

1. Graphics card
2. Mp3 support


Also, I would like to see some *easy* way to change my theme, like in Ubuntu, I don't care for having to compile stuff, I'm a busy man.

I don't know of a GUI to help in the installation of mp3 support in Kubuntu, other than Adept Manager - of course, but you can open a terminal and type "sudo apt-get install libxine1 libxine-dev" that should give you mp3 support for media players such as Amarok. Not exactly what you're looking for, but it's the only thing I know to do for mp3 support.
