konqueror display error

When I press ctrl in konqueror i get all keyboard symbols across the screen, pressing it again makes it go away. Any idea what's causing this??

Also I tried to upload a screenshot of this but it keeps saying your upload inbox is full, but my image (tried png and jpg) is 50KB..

That's an accessibility feature (for mouseless browsing), you can click a link by pressing the letter that's over a link etc.

I dont like this "feature" either, it looks strange, like a bug
