Method To Import Hundreds of GPS Coordinates & Plot On Google Maps???

I have a program that I use in ham radio called jLog. It is a logging program used to document the locations of the people I make contact with around the world. The program is able to read the GPS coordinates of my contacts and export them to .csv formats. Is there a way that I could take that data and import it into something like Google Maps in order to visually see where my contacts are?

The ideal thing to do would to be to modify the source code of the jLog program and incorporate a mapping module to do this task automatically. Yes, that would be awesome but way beyond my noob capabilities. :P

    Thanks,
    m
