How do I open a saved document file once downloaded and installed

I installed webhttrack along with it's documentation and added libraries. I can launch webhttrack itself but don't know how to open the rest. Thanks.

I don't know what you mean about opening the rest.
The libraries are used by the application. You don't have to open them. If the documentation isn't accessible from within the application then a typical way to access documentation is through the man (manual) pages.

I did a search and there do appear to be man pages for documentation installed. You would access these by running from a terminal window(kmenu-system-konsole)
